FAQS

Do you support prototyping and small batch production?

Yes. We focus on rapid prototyping and small-to-medium batch production. Our flexible production layout allows us to efficiently handle small-batch, high-variety orders. However, this also means that prototype samples are typically more expensive because fixed costs such as process preparation, programming, and machine setup cannot be spread across larger production volumes.

What manufacturing equipment do you use?

We are equipped with advanced precision machining and finishing equipment, including 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machining centers, wire cutting machines, surface grinding machines, large water grinding machines, punch forming machines, polishing and lapping machines, ultrasonic cleaning systems, laser marking machines, and cleanroom facilities.

This comprehensive setup enables us to manufacture high-precision ceramic and glass components with complex geometries and superior surface quality.

What inspection and quality control equipment do you use?
We utilize a full range of advanced inspection and measurement equipment, including coordinate measuring machines (CMM), laser interferometers, optical measurement systems (vision measuring machines), surface roughness testers, height gauges, coating thickness gauges, UV inspection systems (black light inspection), hardness testers, and tensile testing machines.
What is your lead time?
Prototypes: typically 5–10 days,Small batch: 2–4 weeks.(Depends on complexity and quantity)
What payment methods and terms do you accept?
We accept payments via bank transfer (T/T), primarily in USD. For prototypes and small orders, 100% prepayment is required. For larger orders, our standard terms are 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment.
Do you offer international shipping services?
Yes, we serve global clients and can arrange international shipping with reliable logistics partners. We typically use SF Express, Federal Express, etc.

Macor is a machinable glass-ceramic made from fluorophlogopite mica crystals embedded in a borosilicate glass matrix. This composition gives it a rare
combination of metal-like machinability, excellent electrical insulation, low thermal conductivity, and stability up to 1000°C (no load) while maintaining very tight tolerances.
